She was a real estate paralegal in the commercial real estate division for major law firms. While employed with these firms, Linda assisted attorneys in all aspects of loan and transactional real estate closings. Linda has worked as a Commercial Closing Officer for Chicago Title Insurance in the Florida Commercial and Industrial Service center in Orlando, Florida, closing commercial transactions for national corporate customers. She is proficient in underwriting and reviewing title, surveys, corporate authority documents, partnership agreements, contracts, escrow agreements and the preparation of closing statements and title related documents. She has coordinated multi-state and multi-site transactions and often led client conference calls.
