Sandra Nieves is the Escrow Manager for Fidelity National Title's Winter Park Office. She started in the title industry in 1997. She has experience in processing and closing residential, builder and REO transactions. Sandra’s recent experience includes overseeing the title division of our REO department, conducting escrow closings and managing Fidelity’s auction business. She is a licensed title insurance agent and is an expert in curative title work.
